Apricot Custard ๐ฅฃ Khubani Ka Meetha

A very unique sweet dish to be introduced into your party menu ๐. Made with thick apricot puree with a layer of custard on top and decorated with whipping cream. You will definitely love it ❤️.

๐ Apricot Puree
Ingredients
1) Apricot 340 Grams (soaked [in warm water] and pitted)
2) Sugar 1 Cup
3) Water ½ Cup
Direction
In a pan add pitted apricot followed by sugar and water. Mix well and then cover and cook for
approximately 5 minutes on low flame.
Once done, blend using a hand blender until smooth and your puree is ready
๐ Custard
Ingredients
1) Milk 2 Cups
2) Custard Powder 2 Tablespoon
3) Sugar 4 Tablespoon
Direction
Boil milk in a pan. Add sugar when milk comes close to boil and mix well.
In a separate bowl take custard powder; add 2 serving spoon of milk and mix well. (Custard
Paste)
Now add the custard paste in milk mixture and mix well till custard is of desired consistency.
๐ Final Presentation
Add apricot puree to the base of a serving bowl. Then add custard on top. Garnish with
remaining apricot puree and whipping cream. Serve chilled ❄️. Enjoy the dessert and don't
